
Podikizhi
Podikizhi uses linen pouches (kizhi) filled with warmed herbal powders dipped in medicated oil. These boluses are then used to massage the body, delivering both heat and herbal action to inflamed joints, sore muscles, and stiff regions. It is especially effective for kapha- and vata-related musculoskeletal conditions.
