Kadivasthi is a highly targeted localized therapy where a reservoir of warm medicated oil is held over the lumbosacral region using a dough ring made from black-gram flour. The sustained warmth allows therapeutic compounds to penetrate deep into the lower back, relieving chronic pain and rebuilding strength in the spine and surrounding muscles.
